I am guardian to a Female Intellectually Handicapped Family Member (FIHFM) now aged 64.

Prior to her Mother passing I was assured that a Special Disability Trust (SDT) had been set up for her.  However, we contacted Alana Macklin to ascertain if this was so and upon searching Alana found no SDT had been put in place.

After many hours of research and consultation with The Department of Human Services, who Alana worked closely with and were most helpful, the SDT was set up correctly. Alana was complemented by staff at Human Services regarding her knowledge as to how a SDT is implemented and maintained.

I have since learnt a SDT is a very specialized area and with the knowledge gained from this experience, would highly recommend Alana to anyone who needs a Special Disability Trust set up and maintained.
